1. Start a Twitter account.

2. Choose to follow "MTA_Info" on Twitter.

3. Set Twitter to send a message to your cell phone "Device" using the Settings feature on the Twitter website.

 

4. Each time information is added to the MTA site, Twitter catches it and sends it to all the people following MTA_info.
